Cancellation policy

  • Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • For a first last-minute cancellation, a goodwill arrangement may be applied.
  • From the second cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, 50% of the amount is retained.
  • In case of no-show without cancellation, a 50% discount is granted on the next booking of the same service.
