Liberta Consult provides independent advisory services in tax, finance, insurance and business. Services consist exclusively of advisory — no legal representation, no tax filing (except through swissimpostos.ch) and no asset management.

Bookings are made online through the website. The contract is formed upon receipt of payment. Payment is due before the session — via Stripe (credit card).

Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the appointment.

For a first last-minute cancellation, a goodwill arrangement may be applied.

From the second cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, 50% of the amount is retained.

In case of no-show without cancellation, a 50% discount is granted on the next booking of the same service.

Package L (2 hours) cannot be exceeded — the session ends at the booked time.

Tax return sessions are recorded by default and sent to the client after the session. Other sessions are only recorded with explicit consent. Recordings are for the client's personal use only.

Advisory is based on the information available and legislation in force at the time of the session. Liberta Consult accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of the advisory. The advisory does not replace legal advice from a licensed attorney or official tax filing by a fiduciary.

All information shared during the session is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

The law of the State of Wyoming, USA applies. The place of jurisdiction is Orlando, Florida, USA.

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. The current version is always available on the website.
